Terms & Conditions

• Wellness Packages must be purchased and paid in full by December 31, 2026.

• Package purchases are not eligible for direct extended healthcare reimbursement.

• An invoice will be issued at the time of each scheduled appointment, which may be submitted for reimbursement through your extended healthcare benefits, subject to your insurer's coverage.

• Packages cannot be shared or transferred between individuals.

• Packages may be purchased as gifts for others.

• Package funds never expire.

• Package funds can be applied toward services and products.

• Savings percentages apply to treatment session rates only.

• All package prices include HST, where applicable.

• Package funds can be used immediately following purchase.

• Senior Associate pricing categories apply to Efan, Jason, Cecilia, Dominic, Daniel Hilborn and Adam. 

• All 2027 Wellness Packages honour applicable 2026 treatment rates until package funds have been used in full, regardless of subsequent service fee increases.
